Opening Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Reservations: We recommend visiting Parasayu Spa directly for an in-depth treatment consultation, or dialing 0 from your room to reserve a spot at Reception.
Prior to Arrival: Please store all valuables and jewelry in the in-room safety box before coming to the spa. Male guests are advised to shave prior to facial treatments to ensure the best results.
Arrival: We kindly request guests to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment/program to allow time for consultation and form completion.
Late Arrival: Out of respect for other guests, please note that treatments cannot be extended in the event of late arrival.
Children Policy: Children aged 8 to 12 years are welcome, but must be accompanied by parental supervision.
Cancellations: Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 hours prior for spa treatments and 6 hours prior for wellness programs. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% charge of the treatment/program rate.
Facilities: Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam facilities are complimentary for all guests of The Alena Resort A Pramana Experience. Due to limited capacity, priority will be given to guests with reservations. Please dial 0 from your room to book.
Therapists: All in-house therapists are female. Male therapists are available upon request with at least 6 hours’ advance booking, subject to availability.
Sexual Harassment: Our therapists provide only professional treatments. Any form of sexual harassment will not be tolerated. In such cases, the treatment will be stopped immediately and the matter will be reported to the authorities.

Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
