Reservations:

We highly requested 24 hours advance reservation.
Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult with the Yoga Teacher.
Yoga classes are not accessible to guests under the age of 16.
We welcome pregnant women between 4 to 7 months of pregnancy for Prenatal Yoga. For your comfort and safety, a consultation with our yoga instructor is required before the booking.
Postnatal yoga is recommended for mothers up to 6 months after a normal delivery and up to 1 year after a cesarean birth. For your comfort and safety, a consultation with our yoga instructor is required before the booking.

Arrival:

Arrive at least 10 minutes before session.
Your concentration is much better when you practice with an empty stomach.
Sign Disclaimer notice before start the session.
No personal belonging on your side.
Suitable attire must be worn.
No function or use of a commercial or profit making nature shall be permitted.
Kindly inform us if you experience any discomfort or unease in your body during the session, so we can ensure your comfort and safety.

Cancellation:

Please kindly notice 6 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
Cancellation made after 6 hours will incur a 50% charge of the program rate.
